Tyson’s natural talent and uncompromising sense of self are heard through-out the five tracks on the EP, which were produced by childhood pal Oscar Scheller and mixed by Kieran Hebden (Four Tet). ‘Red Handed’ is a cautionary tale of a scolded lover, ‘White’ a woozy R&amp;B anthem not too far from the sounds of Tirzah and Solange. The self-titled ‘Pisces Problems’ is an anthemic proclamation for the tired introvert. The EP closes with ‘Chemicals’; a personal introspective where we hear Tyson’s dreamy vocal roll over Scheller’s percussives.
