Race Horses spent the best part of a decade delivering curious, whimsical and - at times - devastating music. Parting company in the opening weeks of 2013, the various members have been scattered to the winds. Meilyr Jones picked himself up in London, opting to pursue something quite different. Adopting a distinctly new approach, the songwriter began assembling a much larger ensemble. Phoning friends, family, colleagues and admirers, Jones soon found himself with a 30 piece orchestra at his disposal. Debut album <i>'2013'</i> is the result.
