ian mcculloch and the boys have been on the road recently playing their classic 'ocean rain' album in its entirety (and are about to put out their first new album in years), but this is an unearthed the bona-fide bunnymen live recording, a july 19, 1983 concert at the royal albert hall that was part of the tour the band made in support of, you guessed it, 'ocean rain' (and has only been previously available as part of a pricey imported reissue of that very same album)! this is the band at its peak with respect to material, performance and sound. it comes housed in a digipak and packaged like a bootleg. on the noble rot label.
